A leading social impact organization in the UK is seeking a Programme Coordinator to oversee multiple programmes aimed at developing inclusive leaders. This role, based in London, requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. You will be responsible for participant onboarding, maintaining programme standards, and ensuring smooth operations. The position offers a hybrid work model with a rich benefits package, including 37 days of holiday and personal development opportunities.
Location: Hybrid 1-2 days per week in London (Paddington)
Reports to: Head of Programme Delivery
Salary: £26-28K

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join us as a Programme Coordinator! As a core member of the team, you’ll take ownership of multiple programmes and their activities, ensuring their successful delivery from start to finish.
You’ll provide a high‑quality experience for participants while keeping operations and logistics running smoothly, and you’ll work closely with various internal teams to ensure programme delivery meets client expectations and supports lasting relationships.
