A prominent law firm based in Manchester is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the AP function. The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate setting, excellent VAT knowledge, and familiarity with accounting systems like Chrome River. The position offers the opportunity to improve processes and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
This international law firm has a history going back to the 1930s. It is now a leading and award-winning firm with a client base encompassing some of the best names in retail, banking, real estate, sports, and utilities. The firm is based in the city, ideally placed for commuters. They offer a generous benefits package that includes a flexible element with an option of choice. They are now looking to hire an Accounts Payable Supervisor. The role will involve supervising the day to day running of the AP function, overseeing more junior team members and ensuring immediate queries and training points are covered. Supporting the AP Manager with any ad hoc project work.
