We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee day-to-day supervision of the infrastructure services implementation team, ensuring successful delivery of customer projects while maintaining high safety, quality, and performance standards.

As the Site Manager you will oversee the management of engineering resources, prioritise their well-being, and ensure the successful coordination of all project delivery aspects. Your responsibilities will include setting up the site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, preparing installation documentation, supporting site surveys, and managing quotations and coordination plans.

• Plan and scope work activities in line with Project Installation Methods.
• Provide direct supervision to implementation teams carrying out infrastructure services.
• Ensure the availability and proper management of materials needed for project execution.
• Oversee site setup, ensuring full compliance with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Prepare and submit daily shift update reports, ensuring all project information is accurately reflected in job packs.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date quality assurance documentation.

• Ensure all health and safety documentation is accessible, understood, and strictly followed.
• Conduct Point of Work Risk Assessments and implement safe systems of work.
• Inspect and maintain all equipment, including plant, power tools, hand tools, and test instruments, to ensure they remain in safe working condition.
• Lead by example by strictly adhering to safety measures and wearing appropriate protective equipment.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols for third parties and subcontractors.
• Report any safety incidents or deficiencies in first-aid provisions promptly.

• Support the team in the following activities:
  • Network cabinet installations.
  • Installation of primary and secondary containment systems.
  • Horizontal cabling solutions (Cat6/Cat6A).
  • Termination, testing, and labeling of copper and fiber optic solutions.
  • Installation of network switches and wireless access points.
  • Copper and fiber patching, troubleshooting, and circuit testing using OTDR.

• Proven experience in infrastructure services and project supervision.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements in an installation environment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with network cabling, termination, and testing.
• Familiarity with RAMS, site surveys, and coordination plans.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
