Account Manager – Semiconductors – Scotland
An exciting opportunity to join a growing and innovative company focused on compound semiconductor devices, providing customised chipsets for silicon photonics, laser arrays, and optical amplifiers.
The successful Account Manager will be an integral part of the sales team, managing existing foundry customer accounts, cultivating and enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exemplary service, sustainable growth, and partnership objectives. You will gain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to improve service delivery and represent the voice of the customer internally.
Candidates should be degree qualified in engineering or business, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. Previous experience in account management or project management is highly advantageous, and experience in photonics or semiconductor wafer fabrication is preferred.
