A leading remediation specialist seeks a Site Manager to supervise and manage site teams on remediation projects across the UK. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to health and safety. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance, conducting site inspections, and managing resources. Site Manager - Remediation / Enabling Works
Location: Offices in Cardiff, Warrington, or Theale (UK-wide travel required)
Salary: £50,000 to £63,000 DOE + £6,300 car allowance + benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are working with a leading specialist in remediation and enabling works, with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality solutions across the UK. This business operates nationally on complex brownfield and contaminated land projects, offering clients complete enabling works, remediation, materials management, and environmental services. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and innovation, they have delivered more than 1,500 projects, helping to regenerate land for the future.
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for supervising and managing site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality remediation projects.
This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to Health & Safety.
