Site Manager – Super Prime Residential

My client are a long established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace. They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this sector, with a very good working environment and a reputation for low staff turnover. Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of grand residences in London, with contract values up to £20m. They also undertake renovations of large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and the South East. They have an established presence in affluent areas of London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and are known for delivering a quality product.

They are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of prime residential refurbishment projects in London.
