Job summary
A multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester is seeking a civil engineer to contribute to the design of various projects. You will engage with clients and manage civil projects in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of civil design experience and knowledge of key software tools. This role offers a salary of £40k to £50k, a yearly bonus, and clear opportunities for progression.

We are pleased to be working with a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester to recruit a civil engineer offering the opportunity to contribute in the design of a range of medium- and large-scale projects and engage with a diverse portfolio of clients; as part of an established and growing team in a collaborative and supportive environment with good future development and career progression. You will have the opportunity to be involved in both the design and management of civil projects.
- Salary: £40k to £50k depending on level of experience

- As a civil design engineer you will have 4 years or more experience in civils design
- Good working knowledge of software such as Civil 3D, Microdrainage, Causeway Flow
- An understanding of drainage design, SUDS, highways, cut and fill analysis
- Liaise with other disciplines on projects and interact with various stakeholders
- (desirable) experience with designing a wide range of projects from conception through to completion (including calculations, drawings and specifications)
