Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Engineer in Warrington. This role requires hands-on involvement in analysis and design within the C&S department, including preparation of design documentation, technical specifications, and risk assessments. Candidates should have experience exceeding that of a Design Engineer. This is a great opportunity to influence engineering design processes.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of design documentation throughout the design process.
- Development of designs to satisfy technical specifications.
- Prepare supporting design calculations to substantiate design.
- Preparation of technical specifications.
- Preparation of risk assessments, technical files and other technical documentation required by safety legislation and procedures.
- Senior Engineers make up the body of the engineering department and are responsible for carrying out the day-to-day developments of the design through the design process.
- The Senior Engineer is fundamentally a hands-on analysis and design-based role within the C&S department that generally includes interfacing with other engineering disciplines in the project design team.
