Overview

We are pleased to be working with a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester to recruit a civil engineer offering the opportunity to contribute in the design of a range of medium- and large-scale projects and engage with a diverse portfolio of clients; as part of an established and growing team in a collaborative and supportive environment with good future development and career progression. You will have the opportunity to be involved in both the design and management of civil projects.

About you and the role

• As a civil design engineer you will have 4 years or more experience in civils design
• Good working knowledge of software such as Civil 3D, Microdrainage, Causeway Flow
• An understanding of drainage design, SUDS, highways, cut and fill analysis
• Liaise with other disciplines on projects and interact with various stakeholders
• (desirable) experience with designing a wide range of projects from conception through to completion (including calculations, drawings and specifications)
