A leading facilities management company is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee H&S compliance across the UK. The role involves improving safety standards, conducting audits, and ensuring ISO 45001 compliance. Ideal candidates will have relevant H&S qualifications and a proven track record in multi-site management. The position offers a competitive salary, a company car or allowance, and various employee benefits including ongoing training and health support.
Health and Safety Manager (National, field-based)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 dependant on qualifications/experience + company car / car allowance
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hrs, Monday–Friday)
Location: Field-based with travel across the UK (ideally Midlands-centred) – head office in Walton-on-the-Hill, Surrey
TC Facilities Management (TCFM) is looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our H&S agenda across 3,500+ colleagues and 1,500 sites nationwide. Reporting to the Group QHSE Manager, you’ll shape policy, guide operational teams, and own ISO 45001 compliance – all while driving a positive safety culture.
