A leading engineering firm in Lincolnshire is seeking a Welder Fabricator to contribute to aviation engineering operations. This hands-on role involves operating machinery and adhering to safety standards. Ideal candidates will have Level 3 qualifications in Metal Workshop Engineering and MIG/TIG welding. As a Welder Fabricator, you’ll be at the heart of our aviation engineering operations, helping to design and manufacture critical components that support our defence and aerospace missions. This is a hands‑on role where your craftsmanship and precision will directly contribute to national security and operational readiness. This role is full time, working 39 hours per week on‑site at Cranwell.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
