Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrical Technician with an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). The ideal candidate will have experience working with Siemens PLC and HMI systems. - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical machinery.
- Ensure all equipment is operating to specification, following company procedures and safety protocols.
- Work with Siemens PLC/HMI systems for system diagnostics, programming, and updates.
- Carry out fault diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical and control systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Respond to urgent repair needs, ensuring timely resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support the continuous improvement of systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Siemens PLC programming and HMI systems.
