Qualifications

• Main dealer experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills are essential.
• Experience with Kerridge, RTC, and One Link is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers into the service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out.
• Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and up-selling.
