Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor or Property Dispute Resolution Lawyer with 1+ years PQE or CILEX, looking for an opportunity to progress in a supportive and flexible environment? This reputable firm in Yeovil would like to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of property disputes, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, property contract claims, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession, and more. Your caseload will include:
You will draft legal documents such as statements of case, witness statements, and briefs to counsel, and will have the opportunity to engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Networking and business development are key aspects of the role, and advocacy is optional.
