The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for a strategic leader with deep expertise in digital marketing and a particular strength in search (SEO, paid search, and beyond). You will play a critical role in shaping the agency’s strategic direction, working closely with clients and internal teams to craft and lead performance-driven digital strategies that elevate brand visibility, customer engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the agency’s search strategy across SEO, paid search, and integrated performance marketing initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior clients, translating business objectives into smart, measurable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with heads of department to deliver joined-up thinking across the digital ecosystem.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team, nurturing future leaders and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, bringing fresh thinking and insight to evolve their service offering.
• Drive thought leadership and contribute to new business efforts through pitch strategy and delivery.

About You

• 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on search strategy and senior-level client leadership.
• Proven success in a digital agency or consultancy environment, with a strong grasp of commercial drivers and client growth.
• Confident and credible with C-suite stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and inspire in equal measure.
• Visionary thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and strategy execution.
• Data-literate and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Inspirational team leader with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
