A leading football organization in the UK is seeking a Senior Specialist in E-Commerce Trade. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Specialist in E-Commerce Trade on a Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day trading of all LFC retail eCommerce stores and selling channels. From managing campaign launches to ensuring accuracy and quality across platforms, you’ll play a key role in delivering a best‑in‑class online shopping experience. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across E-Commerce UX, Retail Marketing, Merchandising, and Product to drive cross‑channel sales and bring our retail vision to life.

To be successful in this role, it is important that you have a strong command of current and emerging E‑Commerce standards. A qualification in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field would be beneficial for this position.
You will be a commercial thinker with strong communication and organisational skills and can work in a fast‑paced environment. You will be analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and can provide strong actions / results individually and as well as a team. You must have excellent IT skills and have advanced knowledge of MS office products.
This is a full‑time fixed term contract role working hours per week (9 months). Your main base will be our city centre office on Chapel Street which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
