A technology solutions company is seeking a Senior Developer to develop solutions for Dynamics Business Central. This remote role requires at least 5 years of experience in C/AL and 3 years with AL. At Elite Dynamics we champion our clients to utilise the power of tech to improve productivity and performance, and it’s the same for our people. This is a full‑time, remote role with occasional UK travel for training, events and scheduled meetings. Typical working hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, with a preference to finish earlier on Fridays. As a senior developer, you may be required to work evenings and weekends to fulfil project obligations.
- Developing solutions for Dynamics Business Central using AL.
- Developing on the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, PowerApps and PowerBI.
- Integration development via APIs.
- Designing and developing bespoke solutions for customers and vertical products.
- Ensuring best practice and processes are followed using approved processes, protecting our client’s investment in the Elite Dynamics suite of products.
- Comfortable interacting with customers as required for testing and release.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience developing Business Central (C/AL).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience developing Business Central Extensions (AL).
- Good understanding of data customisation.
- API integration and development.
- Hands‑on developer, self‑motivated, able to work as part of a team or independently.
- Good data and system analysis skills.
- Skills in JavaScript, .NET, SQL.
- Experience with the Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Dynamics…).
- Use of CI/CD.
- Good overall knowledge of data technology and trends.
- Problem solver.
- Professional attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve professional goals.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
