Job summary
A recruitment specialist in the facilities industry is seeking a Retail Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of a well-known retail store. This role requires an SIA License and the ability to maintain calm under pressure. Responsibilities include patrolling premises, investigating disturbances, and helping maintain customer relations. The position offers a pay rate of £12.21 and excellent employee benefits following a 12-week transfer period, including company-funded SIA License renewal and private medical cover.

Responsibilities
- Patrol the Retail Store Premises.
- Investigate disturbances and monitor entry and exit points.
- Call for help in emergency situations if necessary.
- Deal with large crowds and maintain positive customer relations.
Skills
You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.
