Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join their client's team in Barton Under Needwood, on a permanent basis. The role includes monitoring access to the site, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates must have previous security experience and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern. Qualifications

• Previous security or gatehouse experience essential.
• Valid SIA licence advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out gatehouse duties, monitoring access to the site.
• Sign in visitors and deliveries, ensuring they are expected and authorised.
• Conduct regular site patrols to ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
