A large retail company in Salisbury is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean environment. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, processing payments, and actively engaging with customers to improve their shopping experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, follow safety protocols, and be willing to assist in various store areas. Flexibility in working shifts may also be required.
We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store's appearance. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will be constantly looking for ways to improve service in your store through on the job coaching and feedback. With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.
