Seasonal Palace Sales Host (Flexible Weekend Roles)
Job summary
A UK charity managing historic sites is seeking a Palace Host to provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales at Kensington Palace. Working part of a team, you will ensure that visitors have memorable experiences while achieving sales targets. The role includes maintaining standards in retail and admissions and supporting other staff. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and a flexible approach to adapt to visitor needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of on-site sales targets and KPIs, including Retail sales, Admissions sales, Membership sales and Ticket scanning.
- Ensure that the Retail and Admissions areas are presented to the expected standards.
- Undertake cross-role working as and when required to support the visitor experience.
