Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie for at least six months is preferred.
  • Experience in a 1–2 AA Rosette or similar quality-led environment would be advantageous.

The role…

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen brigade. This role is integral to maintaining the high culinary standards that our guests expect.

As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Confidently manage your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, presentation and quality of dishes.
  • Work closely with senior chefs to deliver menus crafted with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Follow established recipes and standards while also contributing ideas for menu development when required.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen practices at all times.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment, contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie for at least six months is preferred. Experience in a 1–2 AA Rosette or similar quality-led environment would be highly advantageous.
