Jaxdene Solutions is currently recruiting for a permanent After Sales professional on behalf of our client, a reputable private company specialising in agricultural services. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the team based in Yorkshire on a full-time basis and coordinate the daily Service and Parts business. Working for my client, you'll be part of a highly driven team and share our ambition of becoming the best dealer within our field.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the busy daily service and parts business from the depot
  • Organising Service Technicians and allocating tasks within the team accordingly
  • Ensure effective stock management is maintained
  • Provide support to staff and customers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answering telephone calls for service and parts enquiries, breakdowns, advice, parts orders and scheduled servicing
  • Picking and packing of spare parts for their customers and service technicians
  • Liaising with suppliers and HQ on a daily basis
  • Organising couriers
  • Other depot related duties

Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience within the Agriculture or Farming sector, and have a sound understanding of agricultural machinery in general. You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times, along with a positive can-do attitude. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team environment, be flexible with regards to working seasonal overtime and some unsociable hours, as well as have sound time management and administration skills.
