Skills
Humly is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the North West. - Supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering lessons set by the class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils stay on task
- Supporting pupils with their learning and answering general questions
- Working flexibly across different subjects and year groups
- Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring or youth work)
- Confidence in leading groups and promoting positive behaviour
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and two suitable references
- Daily rate: £118 - £126 (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)
