• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and key stages

• Follow provided lesson plans and maintain continuity in learning

• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment

• Support schools during teacher absences and contribute to student progress

• Communicate effectively with staff and provide constructive feedback to pupils

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (or relevant classroom experience for Cover Supervisors)

• Previous classroom experience is highly desirable

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and routines

• Available for part-time, temporary, or longer-term placements

• Daily supply, short/long-term contracts, and permanent roles

• Excellent pay rates – paid to scale
