Humly is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working with young people who are confident managing a classroom environment. Ideal backgrounds include teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, tutors or mentors looking to step into a school setting.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering lessons set by the class teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils stay on task
  • Supporting pupils with their learning and answering general questions
  • Working flexibly across different subjects and year groups
What You'll Bring
  • Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring or youth work)
  • Confidence in leading groups and promoting positive behaviour
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and two suitable references
