A new role has recently become available in Reading. You will mainly support learners who struggle to keep up with their school work and help create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for students to thrive both academically and personally.

Responsibilities

• Support learners who struggle to keep up with school work.
• Facilitate a fun, friendly, and safe environment for students.
• Provide general classroom support to the teacher, including managing behaviour, lesson preparation, keeping the class tidy, and listening to students read and practice phonics.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
• Personality is most important; confident, bubbly, and compassionate candidates are encouraged to apply.
