Salary: ~ £55,000 + £20/25,000 OTE, pension, and benefits

In line with this growth, they seek to appoint a proven Sales leader to build upon this already successful operation and to take full ownership of business development, account management and new business. You will take full responsibility for all areas of sales, the team, the processes and for its ongoing growth and development. As part of the senior management team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the business.
Ideally you will have proven experience
- Building and leading a capable sales team
- Managing and developing sales processes
- Setting targets and leading a team to achieving them
- Ideally you will have experience of the above gained within a service-based industry (Customer focussed)
- Management of sales support technology (CRM etc)
