An automation solutions provider is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical systems design for custom machinery projects in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. The role involves project management from concept through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership. Our client, 3P Innovation, is a leader in the design and manufacture of automated machinery for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and FMCG industries. They deliver innovative, high-quality automation solutions that help clients improve efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Their teams work collaboratively across design, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver bespoke and platform machinery to a global client base.
As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects across their full lifecycle, from concept and sales support through build, commissioning, installation, and after-market support. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to complex, cutting‑edge machinery projects in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and FMCG sectors.

• Hybrid working – typically 1 day a week / 4 focus days per month
