A well-known customer service provider in Liverpool is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative. This role involves taking ownership of customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving complex issues. Your responsibilities include processing orders, managing returns, and collaborating with sales and credit departments to exceed customer expectations.
