Job summary
A leading UK manufacturer in Witney is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor who is passionate about customer service and technical products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous experience in technical sales or customer service. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing quotations, and supporting external sales teams. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer service preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical sales enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
- Interpret technical drawings to specify appropriate products.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations.
- Support external sales teams with leads, pricing, and product knowledge.
- Follow up on quotes, promote offers, and upsell where appropriate.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve product queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heating and ventilation products.

We're looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a market-leading UK manufacturer, based in Witney. If you have an interest in technical products, a drive to support sales and a passion for providing great customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer service (desirable)
- Knowledge of heating & ventilation systems or swimming pool systems (a bonus, but not essential)
