Job summary

A national heating contractor in Wigan is seeking self-employed commercial heating engineers for a long-term contract. They require self-employed commercial heating engineers for a long term social housing contract.

Contract Details : Location : Wigan

Contract : Housing Association

Work Type : Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs on both Commercial and Domestic heating systems

Commitment : Minimum of 3 set days per week

Contract Length : Long term

Payment terms : Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates :

• Commercial Boiler (40kw and over)

Major - £76.50

Minor - £51.00

LGSR (Per Property) - £42.50

Domestic Boiler (under 40kw)

Major - £51.00

Minor - £34.00

LGSR (Per Property) - £25.50

Out of hours rates also available
