Job Location: Oxford
- Full-time, 40 hours per week - Overtime may be required up to 48 hours
- Expected start date: 15/06/21
- 21 days paid holiday plus paid bank holidays
You need to be physically fit and able to work at heights and in all weather conditions, as you will be assisting in the installation of various energy projects. The work is varied and physically demanding, including installing solutions on commercial and domestic rooftops, fixing mechanical and structural mounts for racking, modules, and electrical equipment, as well as ground-mounted systems in various locations.
Regular tasks include lifting, working in tight spaces such as attics, and following layout plans for solar module installations. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. You will attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methods, and health and safety.
No professional experience is required; all training is provided, and upon completion, you will be qualified with a Level 2 NVQ in Construction Plant Operation.
Access to personal transport to and from the site is essential.
