This role involves acting as a campus lead for incidents and serving as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Acting as a campus lead for all daytime incidents, in support of and in collaboration with relevant colleagues, escalating matters to management as judged appropriate and in the context of policy, procedure and responsible practice.
This lead role includes oversight and guidance of the Positive Behaviour Practitioners to ensure effective teamwork for campus behaviour and safety management.
As an integral member of the College’s Safeguarding Team, the role encompasses duties as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
You will have significant experience of working with young people with behaviours that are challenging at times and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
The successful candidates will be strong team players with an organised, positive attitude to work, with the ability to demonstrate negotiating and influencing skills.
