A leading social care provider in Banbury is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist clients with learning disabilities and complex needs. Position: Support Worker
Location: Banbury OX16
Hours: 37.5 contracted hours per week (Mon-Sun, including weekends, days, evenings, holidays and sleep in's)
Salary: £25,081.02 per annum (£12.83 p/h)

Advance is looking for Support Workers in Banbury to support customers with learning disabilities/ autism/ complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a full UK/International driving license must have access to your own vehicle, mileage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.
You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with autism or learning disabilities.
