An inclusive educational trust in Elmbridge is seeking an Attendance Support Assistant to promote student attendance and achievement. This role involves working with the Attendance Manager, inputting attendance data, and developing strategies to improve student attendance. Candidates should possess basic IT skills and 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, with training provided. Commitment to safeguarding is crucial, along with the ability to provide evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated individual who is ready to make a real difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will support the Attendance Manager and raise student achievement through actively promoting the importance of good attendance.
35 hours a week, 08.00am to 3.30pm, 39 weeks a year

The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The Howard Partnership Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Due to the nature of this role, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
