All Saints Benhilton has a wonderful opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic and sensitive Headteacher.

Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, our oversubscribed, supportive and Christian community is looking for a new adaptable and committed leader. The role would be ideal for an existing Head or Deputy Headteacher with the skills to build upon our current strengths and the vision to develop our education provision for tomorrow.

The successful candidate will:

  • have the ambition and drive to continue our whole-school improvement journey and commitment to outstanding success in all areas of school life
  • possess exceptional leadership, management and interpersonal skills

We can offer:

  • the challenge of taking our school to even higher levels, having achieved an excellent Ofsted result in 2025 with no areas of development
  • a nurturing environment with high expectations for pupils and staff
  • excellent opportunities for professional development
  • a strong, committed staff team and supportive Governing Body
