A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Darwen. The role encompasses providing classroom support and delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups. Ideal candidates must possess a Level 3 TA qualification and demonstrate experience in supporting learning effectively. Responsibilities include managing classroom behavior and working collaboratively with staff to enhance student learning. This position is until February half term with immediate start.
