  • The ability to use assessment and data effectively to support pupil progress and raise standards
  • A commitment to high expectations, positive behaviour and strong relationships
  • Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team and contributing to whole‑school improvement
  • A clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
