Job summary
A high-performing comprehensive school is looking for an Attendance Lead to enhance student attendance and safety. You will work closely with students, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment that emphasizes engagement and safeguarding. The role requires experience with vulnerable populations and solid educational standards in English and Maths. This permanent, non-teaching position is a full-time role with structured hours from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Experience working with vulnerable children or adults.
- Background in attendance or safeguarding roles in an educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure the attendance and safety of students.
- Collaborate with staff, students, and families to create supportive environments.
- Engage with external agencies on attendance and safeguarding matters.
