London Metropolitan University is seeking a Harassment Prevention and Compliance Coordinator to join its Centre for Equity and Inclusion (CEI). This role provides specialist institutional capacity in harassment prevention, regulatory compliance, and culture change. Reporting to the Head of Policy and Charters, the postholder will lead the University's prevention and compliance activity relating to harassment, sexual misconduct and dignity and respect, with a particular focus on OfS Condition E6, the Public Sector Equality Duty, and related equality frameworks. The role sits firmly within prevention, insight and compliance. It does not involve operational casework or student support.
