Retail Assistant Manager Designate
Job summary
A leading health and beauty retailer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate to inspire and lead store teams. You will work closely with your Store Manager to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service while managing stock and availability. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000, up to 25% bonus, staff discounts, and great career progression opportunities.

Skills
Location: Designate Role - willing to travel to a variety of stores within a 1-hour radius of your base location until appointed into a store.
Base Store: 49/50 Strand, London WC2N 5LL GBR
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: £29,000 per annum
