Job summary
A unique hotel bar in York is seeking an Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager to inspire and lead staff while delivering exceptional customer service. In this hands-on role, you will motivate your team and create memorable experiences for guests. This position offers the chance to develop your career within a reputable brand, with opportunities for progression to F&B Manager. You will be part of an engaging bar environment that values high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire staff in a fast-paced bar environment.
