Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire

Salary: Up to 36,000 per year (approx. 4,000 TRONC)

Contract: Full-time permanent

Hours: 4-day week, approx. 48 hours

Accommodation: Staff accommodation available

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join the brigade at a Michelin Guide-listed 3 AA Rosette restaurant just outside Lichfield. Known for its progressive approach to modern British cooking, The Boat delivers ingredient-led tasting menus with precision, creativity, and consistency at the core.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a focused CDP looking to develop within a high-calibre kitchen that values both innovation and discipline. You’ll work closely with a talented senior team using the very best seasonal produce to deliver a memorable dining experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
