- Identify, target, and secure new Air & Sea freight customers
- Generate, qualify, and manage high-potential leads
- Plan and execute sales activity through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Attend client and internal meetings to support commercial strategy
- Possess deep product knowledge across Air & Sea services
- Act as a professional brand representative and contribute to a high-performance culture
- Proven B2B freight forwarding or logistics sales experience (3+ years preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident working independently
- Full clean driving licence
- Salary : £95,000
