Based in the AXA Customer Contact Centre in Derry, you’ll receive all the support you need to develop a rewarding career with AXA, using new digitised software to handle claims issues. Competitive salary, hybrid working and full training provided.

You’ll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry event.

You will be offered a starting salary of £24,655 and career progression with salary increase within 6 months with us! You will also receive the opportunity to earn a performance related bonus. How you’ll make a difference:
  • Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customer
  • Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers
  • Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call to successfully complete every case
  • Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels
  • Full ownership and accountability of the claims you are involved in managing
  • Support call handling activity in other areas during times of high demand
  • 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (Essential)
  • 6 months Customer Service Experience (Essential)
  • APA Qualification or higher (Desirable)
  • Previous construction or surveying experience (Desirable)
  • PC literate – basic PC skills are essential, although you’ll be trained on our insurance‑specific software packages as part of your training programme
