A leading civil and structural engineering consultancy in Leicester is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee project delivery and mentor junior team members. The role involves leading civil infrastructure design projects, ensuring design quality, and managing teams. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, proficiency in tools like Civil 3D and MicroDrainage, and strong leadership skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take a leading role within the Leicester office. You'll oversee day-to-day project delivery, mentor junior team members, and step up to lead the team in the Principal Engineer's absence. You'll work on a wide range of projects, helping drive the consultancy's next phase of regional growth.
