Job summary
A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Construction Superintendent to manage on-site operations for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction supervision with at least 8 years of experience, including managing projects valued at over $100M. Additional responsibilities include stakeholder communication and team leadership. The position offers relocation assistance to Toronto, Canada.

- Proven experience managing $100M+ projects in urban settings.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily on‑site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain short-term construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Review engineering drawings and ensure quality compliance.
- Track labour and material costs to stay within budget.
- Liaise with city officials and prepare progress reports.
- Mentor junior staff and evaluate subcontractor performance.
- Anticipate and manage site risks.
