A regional healthcare provider in the East Midlands is seeking a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist in Early Intervention in Psychosis. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in service development, and lead innovations in care. : This is an exciting opportunity for a full time Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry for the Early Interventions in Psychosis (EIP) team. Alongside this Consultant role there are also opportunities to take on a leadership role on a three-year basis within your workplan in your substantive Consultant role.
This post offers a varied job working closely with the multidisciplinary team. We put a high emphasis on quality of care, peer support and on clinical engagement in service development and management.

The successful applicant will take a key role in the department and will work closely with the local management structure and with the other Consultant Psychiatrist working in EIP, Consultant colleagues within the locality team and CAMHS and the clinical services which interface with the EIP. Also working and supporting current and future service developments.
