Junior Recruitment Consultant

An international recruitment business specialising in bringing a fresh and innovative approach to Accounting and Finance recruitment, working with a variety of clients across the market. Based in the centre of London, unlike many finance recruitment firms, they put people at the heart of their business, offering a quality and detailed service.

With plans to expand future 15 sectors, this is highlighting their potential for international growth and individual development. Some of the early hires into this SME will go on to lead teams and expand into these markets as ‘Head of Tech’ or ‘Head of Legal’ (for example). The business will allow you to be autonomous, whilst working in a meritocratic environment, meaning your hard work will be rewarded and high achievers will progress their career rapidly.

What’s on offer?
  • First Year – Base: 28K, OTE: 40K
  • Second Year – Base: 35K, OTE: 70K
  • Third Year – Base: 50K, OTE: 100k
