The Role - Recruitment Consultant

In your first year you will:

• Source, interview and place candidates into schools
• Build professional candidate profiles for client marketing
• Work to clear weekly KPIs and performance targets
• Earn commission at every stage of progress
• Develop confidence in negotiation, relationship-building and time management

You'll be supported daily by:

• An experienced Team Manager
• Dedicated in-house trainers
• A personal mentor
• One of the strongest education recruitment teams in the UK

What Happens After Year 1?

You'll move onto a Sales Desk with advanced training in:

• Business development & margin negotiation
• Client management & safeguarding
• Handling objections and difficult conversations
• Long-term career planning and leadership development
